Arkle Property Services are a dedicated team of professionals with expert knowledge of build to rent, property maintenance, Property management and property refurbishment.

We are currently working with Get Living on the largest UK BTR refresh programme at their East Village site. Arkle were required to complete 450 homes in 2020 with another 450 homes in 2021. These works included may different disciplines from flooring, new kitchen units and appliances, wet rooms and decoration works.

Arkle prides itself by working to the highest standard ensuring that residents and clients are given a exceptional service from first contact and throughout the project. We do this assigning a dedicated team of professions to plan and execute the project, on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
